How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time depends on the item ordered.
Most ready-to-ship apparel, accessories, and other in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order candles require approximately 5–7 business days for production and processing before shipment. This allows time for your candle to be handcrafted, cured, finished, and prepared for shipping.
Processing times do not include shipping/transit time. Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the shipping method and destination.
For orders containing both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. shipping typically takes approximately 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
Do you accept returns?
Because many Sweet & Spicy products are limited-quantity, handcrafted, personalized, or gift items, returns are not accepted unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can review it and help.
Can I customize an item?
Yes! Select products offer personalization or customization. Available options and instructions will be shown directly on the product page.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some items are restocked while others may be limited releases. Join our email list to be the first to know about restocks, new drops and special releases.
Do you offer gift-ready packaging?
Gift packaging is available with select products. If available, you'll see the option on the product listing.
Are your candles handmade?
Yes. Sweet & Spicy candles are handcrafted in small batches and made to order. Because each candle is individually prepared and requires appropriate cure time before shipment, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for production and processing.
